Program to assist immigrant parents in Nanaimo

Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters is the name of a program whose goal is to help immigrant parents prepare their children for kindergarten. The program, called HIPPY, will initially allow 25 families to participate thanks to a grant from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).
