Festival MOSAIC 2014

The Festival MOSAIC, now in its 5th year, will be held on Thursday, November 20th from 7 pm to 10:30 pm at the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre located at 181 Roundhouse Mews, Vancouver, BC V6Z 2W3; tel. (604)713-1800. This is an interactive and immersive experience of art, music and authentic food from the four corners of the globe concentrated in Vancouver. TaiwanFest in Vancouver this weekend

TawainFest is one of the world’s largest arts and cultural events outside of Taiwan and is the largest Mandarin/English speaking event in Canada. This year the event will take place during the Labour Day weekend on Granville Street from 700 to 800 block and at the Vancouver Art Gallery Plaza. CelticFest Vancouver and all things Irish

CelticFest Vancouver celebrates its 10th year anniversary from March 8-16 with a great variety of events to coincide with St. Patrick’s Day. The director of programming and production said in an article in the Globe and Mail: “There’s been a huge influx of Irish immigrants into Vancouver in the past few years – literally thousands of people have moved here from Ireland.” Websites geared towards Irish newcomers include Irish in Vancouver, Irish Women’s Network of BC, Irish Sporting and Social Club, Vancouver Irish Business and Enterprise, and the Irish Club of White Rock.
